Excellent customer service! After the first rain since May in L.A., our roofs have taken a hit and people were on edge. Under such circumstance, I called several roofing companies, and to my dismay, no one was answering- yep, the list of unanswered calls went to such companies like: LA Top Roofing, ANR, J&J Roofing, and Allied Coastal ( all of whom have gotten high ratings on Yelp, yet no one answered calls).Luckily, I was able to reach AAA Roofing Services through Yelp today and although the company is booked 5 weeks in advance, he gave excellent recommendations to call Allied Supply for reputable roofers referrals who can come out quickly to see our roof. To me, this gesture went above and beyond my expectations. To my delight, I was able to get 2 reputable roofers from the referral and they were able to schedule me right in. If you're wondering why this company has so many amazing reviews, it's simple, Lee and his company are a genuine breath of fresh air and Lee is one of the most honest and trustworthy  people you could deal with. Having had repairs made to our roof in March 2016 (by a different company) we were gutted when the heavy rains returned last week and we had rain leaking in via our fireplace and our babies bedroom, from the exact spot that was repaired. Of all the quotes we received, their prices weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest. But their communication was prompt and the schedule of repair work was fast. We decided not to go with a full roof replacement at the time, so their staff placed and fixed the areas that needed patching and followed up with further work until the leaks stopped. If you want it done right call The Best West Roofing. Such a nice roofing company to do business with. Called a few other companies for quotes and a couple of them couldn't do the job due to not having some one who does repairs. Best west does it all. Very thorough in the inspection. Pointed out a few items that needed attention that I was not aware of. Their quote was in the ballpark. Ended up paying a little more than the quote due to more repair work needed to replace more boards and fascia than anticipated, of which I was made aware of at time of the estimate. They did a great job removing and installing the new roof. Did a fantastic clean up removing all the debris. Very happy with all the work they did. Fantastic leadership by Samuel, and there crew that worked to getter professionally. My wife and I just love the look of the new roof.
