After a recent storm and the loss of some shingles on our roof, we decided to replace the whole thing... The estimator, Dallas got back to us right away and came out to survey the damage. He used a drone to look at every part of the roof and found more damage than we could not see from the ground. He had a team come and put a temporary patch in place to protect an exposed area. Dallas prepared us with every possible option for full replacement, spending enough time to ensure we were comfortable and providing all the paperwork and information that our insurance company would need. He coordinated with Ashley, the Big Bear adjuster to meet with our insurance company adjuster and she ensured every inch was addressed. Once roof day arrived, the crew was well-prepared and very competent. They finished on the same day, including clean up (we have a large roof – this was impressive). We highly recommend the entire Big Bear Roofing team.
