I don’t write letters of appreciation very often but this is a special occasion. My roof looks beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the job. What I want to tell you is this: Brad from your company is a very special young man. On his own time, after the roof work was completed, brad took down the rain gutters and even painted where the gutters were. I could go on and on about how I feel, but I’ve never had anyone do for me what Brad did. I appreciated it so much. I’m sure you know what an excellent employee you have in him, and I will recommend your company every chance I get.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional performance of Alex and the team that re-roofed my garage recently. I employed Scott Roofing some years ago when I had the house re-roofed and was very pleased with the results so my expectations were high. Mr. Davies and his crew exceeded even those expectations. The roofing was excellent, but the crew went beyond that. My garage, yard, and driveway were almost spotless in the clean-up that was completed. Additionally, the crew even removed some branches I had laying in the yard that I had cut away giving them access to the garage. When I contacted my neighbor to ensure that their yard had not suffered from any of the falling debris, they indicated that the crew was “very sweet” stopping by their house to see if the clean-up was to their satisfaction. I am impressed and wanted to be sure their thoroughness was recognized.

Jimmy, was great. He was thorough and explains all my options for my flat roof. There was a wait for the work to start and I had active leaks during our monsoon season. Scott came out and did a temporary patch on the leak spots until the roof could be fully repaired/replaced. Once work began, it was quick. My roof is a multilevel, multi angle clay tile set in motar. Recently, the monsoon winds dislodged some ridge line tiles. Dave knew that the tile was very brittle making access quite tricky, additionally somewhat antique, making a match a real challenge. As a result of his years of experience and access to old tile, he was able to accomplish an excellent repair, as well as secure additional tile that was not in the the original estimate. The company was easy to work with, and Dave certainly knew his industry.

If you are looking for a new roof or just repairs to your roof, definitely call Mitch at Roofs are Hot!! I had them replace my roof on a 5,000 square foot house and detach garage and they did an amazing job! Mitch is extremely easy to work with and also provides a great warranty for their work, which is a testament to the quality of work they do. Everyone I met, including all the workers, were friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5 Star operation and quality work!

JD assisted us in getting a full RE roof approved by our homeowners insurance company. He was able to work with us on our roof repair as to not have to remove our solar panels as that would have been a large expense out of our pocket. JD also worked with us to add some other repairs inside the home outside of the insurance claim for a very reasonable price. All of the contractors that he used were very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
