We are SO happy with our new roof and gutters. We have lived in this house for just over a year; we had a new roof put on our old house right before we sold it and it was done by the four letter roofing company. The roof leaked, they made messes, and it took at least 5 calls back to them when the job was supposedly "done". NOTHING like this happened with Shelton. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and GREAT to work with. Craig was right on, from the estimate to overseeing the work; Brett scheduled the job and the crew was always on time, the office staff was always helpful, and the quality of the work was top-notch.

Arturo just finished a job for us and we are so pleased! He was very responsive and timely to all of my communication and helped me work with the HVAC guys coordinate the effort to fix our roof. He redid our roof a few years ago and a new HVAC system required cutting away the work he had done. Our skylights (2) were over 30 years old and we noticed a slight leak. I noticed Samperio’s roofing a street over and working on another project. I left a message and within an hour I had an appointment booked with Arturo for a quote. I received a very fair quote and he stayed in communication with me and within three days of meeting him, quote and ordering new skylights- the job was finished within an hour and a half and the crew was so, so nice. Arturo and his crew fixed a roof leak in the past and did a wonderful job, have not had any issues since. There was a spot where the gutter would overflow because the angle is tilted and Arturo and his staff helped out again and built a downspout to prevent damage to the gutter or house from all the water coming down in one spot when it rained. Down spout looks great and they removed all the debri in the gutter that had built up. Thanks again Arturo!

Of all the quotes we received, their prices weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest. But their communication was prompt and the schedule of repair work was fast. We decided not to go with a full roof replacement at the time, so their staff placed and fixed the areas that needed patching and followed up with further work until the leaks stopped. Previous roofers we used were not as professional nor successful in solving a chronic leak, but they were able to repair it. If you want it done right call The Best West Roofing. Such a nice roofing company to do business with. Called a few other companies for quotes and a couple of them couldn't do the job due to not having some one who does repairs. Best west does it all. Very thorough in the inspection. Pointed out a few items that needed attention that I was not aware of. Their quote was in the ballpark. Ended up paying a little more than the quote due to more repair work needed to replace more boards and fascia than anticipated, of which I was made aware of at time of the estimate. They did a great job removing and installing the new roof. Did a fantastic clean up removing all the debris. Very happy with all the work they did. Fantastic leadership by Samuel, and there crew that worked to getter professionally. My wife and I just love the look of the new roof. I highly recommend The Best West Roofing to any one needing repair or a total new roof.
