My roof is a multilevel, multi angle clay tile set in motar. Recently, the monsoon winds dislodged some ridge line tiles. Dave knew that the tile was very brittle making access quite tricky, additionally somewhat antique, making a match a real challenge. As a result of his years of experience and access to old tile, he was able to accomplish an excellent repair, as well as secure additional tile that was not in the the original estimate. The company was easy to work with, and Dave certainly knew his industry.

I had decided to have my skylight in my kitchen/dinning area updated from a fixed window to a ventilated one. While performing the inspection they found some damage from a previous storm! Thankfully it was found before we started to get rain again or else rather than having to fix a few shingles, it could have been a unforeseen remodel! TraVek completed a full home remodel for us and they did a terrific job. We really liked how they were a one-stop shop design and construction team. Their designers sat with us and developed some very creative ideas that no other builder or interior decorator had suggested. It was such an easy and convenient process working with their team. They helped us create a full kitchen makeover, new flooring throughout, all new bathrooms, new interior paint, and some updated farmhouse finishes like wood beams in the ceilings and rock fireplaces. Importantly, TraVek finished the entire project exactly on schedule (four months of construction for the entire home)! I contracted TraVek for a bathroom remodel. They immediately sent out one of their designers (Amanda). Amanda listened to all our needs and worked up a path forward. We decided to remodel two bathrooms at once. After that, Amanda took all our input and built up an amazing design plan. She reviewed it with us and helped us pick out materials. We would have been lost without her guidance. Once we were all settled on the design, we scheduled a start date for the work. Our master carpenter Jesse was fantastic. He and his crew were always extremely professional. Throughout the process, they kept the house spotless so you couldn't even tell the bathrooms were being remodeled after they left for the day. Jesse explained all the work as it was being done and reviewed everything with us at the end of each day. The work done was top notch and the bathrooms look amazing!

TraVek is wonderful to work with and a completely customer first company. The workmanship is excellent, and the people I worked with superb. I was quoted 4 to 6 weeks for my master and hall baths to be completely renovated and they were finished at 5 weeks. It looks fantastic! They helped with the design, materials selection and did not stop until they were certain that I was happy with the choices. They were the only company to offer a complete design to help me decide if I wanted to use their services up front. They were more expensive but the quality and total package was what I needed as I work many hours and didn't have time to also foreman a project. They were very conscientious about cleanup as well. Give them a try and you'll be glad that you did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional performance of Alex and the team that re-roofed my garage recently. I employed Scott Roofing some years ago when I had the house re-roofed and was very pleased with the results so my expectations were high. Mr. Davies and his crew exceeded even those expectations. The roofing was excellent, but the crew went beyond that. My garage, yard, and driveway were almost spotless in the clean-up that was completed. Additionally, the crew even removed some branches I had laying in the yard that I had cut away giving them access to the garage. When I contacted my neighbor to ensure that their yard had not suffered from any of the falling debris, they indicated that the crew was “very sweet” stopping by their house to see if the clean-up was to their satisfaction. I am impressed and wanted to be sure their thoroughness was recognized.

Jimmy, was great. He was thorough and explains all my options for my flat roof. There was a wait for the work to start and I had active leaks during our monsoon season. Scott came out and did a temporary patch on the leak spots until the roof could be fully repaired/replaced. Once work began, it was quick.
