To rate a business either one of two has to happen, the company you hired did a superb job or you got ripped off. Well, I’m sure glad to say that McAllen Valley Roofing did a GREAT job at my home. From the start, when Mr. Philip Westerman stopped by to give us a quote, we perceived the professionalism and the humanity in him and the company that he represents. Philip, was so helpful and patient with us, since our insurance company took some time to approve the damages. He made sure all our questions were answered and maintained communication with us through all the stages of the roof repair. Our insurance company did a second inspection on our home and the adjuster was going to arrive at 8: A.M., It was 7:15 A.M. and Philip was already parked in front of my home waiting for him. It was comforting to know that you have an experienced and responsible person taking care of every aspect of the job. I also want to mention that the crew that worked on my home was so well behaved, I never saw the debris because they took care of the cleaning immediately. When they were done, they took time to sweep around my home with a magnetic broom to pick up any nails that might have been left behind. Philip made time to make a final inspection on the finished work before getting the last payment installment, making sure that we were satisfied customers. I am so happy with the work that they provided that I have made time to review them the way they deserve...5 stars.

due to a hail storm at the begining of September 2022, our home suffered damage to the roof and Vincent owner of Cowboy Roofing guided us on how to make the insurance claim and from day 1 Vincent was there doing all the steps of the process in person, after everything was processed the staff of Cowboy Roofing including Vincent, arrived at my home at 7:30 am and between 3 to 4 pm my roof was fixed and everything was super tidy and clean, I am super happy and pleased with the excellent work of Cowboys Roofing, especially its owner Vincent who was always very courteous, professional, friendly and always answered my questions no matter the time. Managing a rental property remotely comes with its slate of challenges; however, when you get to partner with a professional like Ben Willows, you feel like you're not alone. Recently, my tenants informed me of a water stain on the ceiling that was getting larger, and in a moment of panic, I reached out to two roofing companies, but Ben was the only one that came out (just out of a vacation and a tad bit under the weather, too) and actually placed down a small tarp on the roof to help protect the damage until a more suitable fix would be available after a full assessment. Afterwards, he walked me through the options, and helped me understand how best to file an insurance claim to mitigate the risk of having to pay too much out of pocket (which, honestly, was refreshing given that I had no clue where to start). Ben also met with the insurance vendor at the house to ensure that the walkthrough was thorough and informed. Ben helped me get fair and reasonable pricing, a timeline that worked for me and my tenants, and helped orchestrate teams to make repairs to the roof, the ceiling, and a small piece of our existing gutters. I know we may have some longer-term roofing repairs on the horizon - and when the time comes, I know I have a partner that I can trust to get it done. Thanks so much, Ben.
