Quality Service - Above and beyond! May 15, 2023 I chose Fort Worth Roofing, not because they came nocking on my door following a recent hail storm. I chose them because they didn’t come nocking on my door. More importantly, I chose them because they came highly recommended. When Sam came to my house, I shared with him that I had never had to file a claim with my insurance company before so I was not sure what I needed to be doing. Sam explained to me how it all worked. He was super helpful and very professional. His crew arrived at the time he said they would. The workmanship was superb! The guys were always polite when I was around. When they left, they did so without a trace. Aside of my beautiful roof, you wouldn’t even know that they had been there. In the weeks since they have been there, I have only found 1 plastic ring from the felt nail while working outside. That is very impressive! I highly recommend Fort Worth Roofing as they work by their Mission Statement.

I am not sure how many more new roofs I will need in the future, but if I do, I will use Cornerstone again without hesitation. The company came out and quickly pointed out the hail damage, and gave us pointers on how to deal with the insurance company. In addition, they replaced a downspout that was leaking, and gave us flashing that was never installed by the original builders. A+ job!

Crew on our roof from 6:45am to 6:30pm doing an awesome job! Amazing!! Only one 1/2 hour break. 7 guys never stopping all day Update: our crew came out to do a repair within 2 hours of notification on a Saturday! Great, awesome service!!

This company is phenomenal! We had a roof replaced by another roofing company and were looking for someone to come out and verify the work completed. I reached out to several roofers, most of which did not even respond. Michelle SWAT Pro Services reached out immediately and offered to send Travis to inspect the roof the next day FOR FREE. Travis completed a thorough inspection, called me to walk me through all of the details, and even offered to send over a detailed report. Both Michelle and Travis stayed in great communication the entire time and went above and beyond for a free task. I highly would recommend them!

Because of this I used them on another roof at one of my properties last Friday and I’ve also used their AC service at my office when it went out in this 100+ degree weather. Could not be happier with our new roof and gutters. Samuel was excellent to work with. The team was very professional and very fast. One day install on the roof on a 3000 sq. ft. house. Gutter install and interior water damage repairs the next day. Interior repairs were perfectly paint matched and the gentleman that performed them was so polite. Extremely happy with the entire crew. Would highly recommend this company for roofing, gutters and general contracting. Absolutely outstanding work!
