CityScapes Roofing saved me! We had just bought a house and shortly after there was some heavy rain. There were seven leaks on what looked like a solid roof! CityScapes was able to get to the job quickly, identify the problem, propose a solution of a coating for the flat areas, and got it done before the next rain hit. Larry was the project manager for my work with them company. We originally had them install windows on one of our properties and a few on another. We loved the product so much we had them return to do the remaining windows. We just finished an installation on our 3rd property with Dave. The windows are absolutely fantastic and the installation was quick and well done. They windows look perfect and function as promised. Jordan was professional, his estimate was reasonable, and the roof did not leak when it rained! The work was performed with no problems, and they cleaned up after the work was done.I also requested that a skylight be replaced about 8 months after the roof was installed. I was impressed by the Jordan's competence in a very professional assessment and bidding process.I secured two other bids from more recognized gutter firms. Redwood's bid was $800 less.The installation crew was very capable and their work and materials were of high quality.I could not have had a better experience.At the very least, call Redwood for a bid on your gutter and / or roof work.The quality is excellent and their price is extremely competitive.
