Most recently we had some flashing blow off our house. The flashing was part of the siding and not the roofing but I called them to fix it because they had previously done the whole roof about a year or so before and we loved the job they did. They were professional, fast, thorough, and they cleaned up when finished and all done at a reasonable rate. We would be happy to recommend them.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home which needed a complete tear off of the roof. I worked very closely with Scott Reeves, who is AWESOME!!! One of the nicest guys in construction I’ve met so far. Being a first time home owner, Scott made it so easy and comfortable, my preconceived ideas and fears about dealing with a contractor melted away. The entire job only took two days (as Scott promised). They were on time both days, and at the house before I got there to open the garage for them. At the end of each day, his crew cleaned up the area. If not for the waste bin, I would not have been able to tell they had been there. Scott and his crew did a fantastic job and even saved up quite a chunk of money. They only cut and replaced the parts of plywood that had actually been damaged, instead of removing entire sheets that were in perfect condition. He even showed me the damaged plywood, where it came from and let me know that if anyone ever told me they had to replace entire sheets when only a small area was damaged or worn, they would likely have charged me an arm and a leg to replace it all. Scott’s integrity was very important to him and the Mr. Fussy crew. I would more than recommend Mr. Fussy to any home owner, but I would definitely recommend them to new home owners. Your first home is a scary endeavor and it’s nice to know company’s like this still exist. Bill Bliek who handles the paperwork was also wonderful and just as easy to talk with as Scott. They complement each other very well. We will be using Mr. Fussy for any jobs in their field of expertise.

If you need a new roof and gutters, stop searching and go with Morreall & Company. First off, Nick answered my phone calls and text messages quickly, which is almost unheard of these days. I hired Nick to replace my double layered 28 square roof. His crew showed up on time and completed the roof in 1 day. Yes 1 day. I was shocked at how meticulously the crew worked. They put plywood around all the windows and draped my entire house with protective tarps. They also had a portable bathroom delivered. My new roof with the gutters and downspouts looks amazing. Our roof was a big job and Nick & company took it on. Complete tear-off of four layers. We chose Nick because his presentation was very professional and clear. He then came to our house and helped us pick a color. The crew worked so hard with very long days in temperatures ranging from freezing to hot. We have plantings all around the house which were tented and covered. They did a great a great job cleaning up. Love the new roof!

Nick and his team were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them for any roofing/siding needs. The first time that we called Nick to have him inspect the roof, he showed up the next day and had his ladder up on the roof by the time we arrived, already taking photos of and marking up areas of roof damage. Nick took the time to sit down with us at our home one evening to go over the ins and outs of the roofing system, colors, cost, etc. Nick vouched for us with the insurance company and took initiative to communicate with them about the damage that he found, even doing extensive research on the shingles and if they could be replaced or not. He was very transparent and laid everything out for us about what could be found when the roof is torn off as to not surprise us with any expenses. We settled to do a full tear off. Nick and his team showed up the following week before 7am and worked until the sun went down. They are extremely hard workers and I did not see them stop all day through the extreme heat. All work was completed in two days and the site looked better after they left than when they arrived. They took extra care to clean up loose nails around the yard with a magnet. Nick and his crew did exactly what they said they would, the cost was exactly as proposed, and the outcome was great! Nick was always very communicative, answering all phone calls and text messages within minutes. I never realized just how much impact a new roof had on the look of a home. It was the difference in night and day! I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I cannot recommend 22nd century enough! I needed new gutters but ofcourse they were original to my house with flashing shoved underneath my old roof. I opted to get a home equity loan to give my house a facelift and I’m so glad I did! In order to complete the job, I re-opened an existing claim for my roof that as a homeowner I couldn’t get my insurance to replace - with the help of Adam and his team and several agitating back and forth conversations with my insurance.. they finally agreed it was time for replacement! I am so thankful because with my gutters placed beneath the shingles it was the only way! I worked with this company for several months and they fought for me! As a woman home owner, I am SO thankful that Adam had my back. I have beautiful new siding, soffit, gutters & roof thanks to them. I needed a little paint for the existing trim and they made it easy with referrals to finish the job. Communication from the contractors was top tier. HIGHLY recommend!
