I am truly impressed with the work E-Roof did on our home. We have a multilevel home that was built in 1903. I first contacted E-Roof because I made the mistake of hiring a storm chaser company after my neighborhood was hit by hail a few summers ago. The other company finished our job in the fall and I assumed everything was okay, until the spring time came and the snow started to melt. We unfortunately had leaks all over our roof. After soon realizing the previous company didn’t have the skills or ability to fix our roof, I searched for an old home roofing expert and i luckily found E-Roof.

Very pleased with the hard work and communication of this company. I was initially in contact with the owner, Arnie, and he was very up-front and honest about everything. He answered all my questions and returned all of my phone calls. Once the contract was signed, I dealt with Amanda and Dawn in the office; both very professional and answered all my questions and kept me up-to-date on the status of my project. Lastly, I can't say enough about Eric, one of NHH's Project Managers. Very professional and hard working. He was at my house multiple times ensuring the finishing touches on my house were done. He offered different price points and product options. If you need a new roof and gutters, stop searching and go with Morreall & Company. First off, Nick answered my phone calls and text messages quickly, which is almost unheard of these days. I hired Nick to replace my double layered 28 square roof. His crew showed up on time and completed the roof in 1 day. Yes 1 day. I was shocked at how meticulously the crew worked. They put plywood around all the windows and draped my entire house with protective tarps. They also had a portable bathroom delivered. My new roof with the gutters and downspouts looks amazing. Our roof was a big job and Nick & company took it on. Complete tear-off of four layers. We chose Nick because his presentation was very professional and clear. He then came to our house and helped us pick a color. The crew worked so hard with very long days in temperatures ranging from freezing to hot. We have plantings all around the house which were tented and covered. They did a great a great job cleaning up. Love the new roof!

Nick and his team were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them for any roofing/siding needs. The first time that we called Nick to have him inspect the roof, he showed up the next day and had his ladder up on the roof by the time we arrived, already taking photos of and marking up areas of roof damage. Nick took the time to sit down with us at our home one evening to go over the ins and outs of the roofing system, colors, cost, etc. Nick vouched for us with the insurance company and took initiative to communicate with them about the damage that he found, even doing extensive research on the shingles and if they could be replaced or not. He was very transparent and laid everything out for us about what could be found when the roof is torn off as to not surprise us with any expenses. We settled to do a full tear off. Nick and his team showed up the following week before 7am and worked until the sun went down. They are extremely hard workers and I did not see them stop all day through the extreme heat. All work was completed in two days and the site looked better after they left than when they arrived. They took extra care to clean up loose nails around the yard with a magnet. Nick and his crew did exactly what they said they would, the cost was exactly as proposed, and the outcome was great! Nick was always very communicative, answering all phone calls and text messages within minutes. I never realized just how much impact a new roof had on the look of a home. It was the difference in night and day! I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I found Morreall and Co roofing by doing some online research. I had a few estimates from local roofers, but what sold me was the amount of positive 5 star reviews Nick (the owner) had for his business. I had some special requests for my roof replacement (chimney removal, etc..) and they were very accommodating. Things that I was nervous about, was no issue for them at all. Nick and his crew are very professional and courteous. Any concerns, or questions I had before, and after the job, were quickly taken care of by Nick himself.
