We had a full underlayment replacement on a 35-year old roof and could not be more pleased. Had four estimates and while Conejo Valley Roofing was the lowest one, the primary reason we chose them was not about price. It was because Spencer (the owner) was patient and took the necessary time to explain our options and listen to our concerns, along with the fact that I believe the underlayment solution offered is superior to the old school method being used by the other companies.
