Upon inspection, the owners (who are very knowledgeable), told us they could save us some major dough by applying a new product called Roof Maxx. Our roof is on the older side, and with Roof Maxx they told us it could extend the life of the shingles by 5-10 years at the fraction of the cost of a re-roof! Yes please!! I had a leaking in my ceiling bathroom. It just kept getting bigger with each rain. I contacted a roofing company and they came out said my presidential shingles roof was done wrong and they quoted me 70k to rip it off and replace it with theirs. It really freaked me out!! I decided to try and find a place to just repair the skylight and found Jimmy’s company. I figured if they found out that roof was bad then I could start getting other estimates. Both the Jim’s came out and walked the roof and said my roof was fine and that they could repair the skylight. I told them the story of this other roof company that came out what they recommended. They both said the roof was fine and that they would replace the cover and seal it all around. The work was done professionally and I did a water test this morning and found no leaks!

Jim and his crew was very prompt in responding to my emergency request due to heavy rain last week. He is able to set an appointment with me on the same day on Saturday.
