I highly recommend Half Price Roof for any roofing project, big or small. When a bad storm caused damage to our roof, they provided a detailed inspection and estimate right away. I was grateful for their transparency throughout the insurance claim process. On install day, their crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to replace our entire roof. They took care to protect our yard while doing the roof tear-off. Their project manager kept us informed during each phase. In just a couple days, we had a beautifully done new roof that came with an excellent warranty. Half Price Roof made the whole experience hassle-free for us. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I would absolutely use them again!

I as not happy with my experience and I didn’t get very far. Scheduling was a breeze. However they did not show up when they had said they would they showed up three hours early. Said they would call an hour before coming and didn’t even do that. I tried talking to them through my ring camera they wanted to argue back and fourth about it being the correct address I never said the address was wrong the time was wrong. I sent them home FROM MY RING CAMERA because if they can’t follow a schedule and want to argue I don’t trust them on my roof.

I had an emergency situation and needed to replace the roofing on my garage before water would damage the contents and I called Half Price Roof. Within hours they came and gave me a fair estimate and we booked the following day. Honest, professional, prompt company that offers great service. During a bad storm on a Friday night I noticed a small leak. Saturday, I reached out to a few companies to get estimates. S.W.A.T Roofing and Consulting was able to fit me in that day. After investigating the roof they informed me that it was a minor fix. They offered to repair it for a small fee. I appreciate they didn't try to take advantage of the situation and talk me into purchasing a whole new roof. Thank you, Matt & Team. SWAT approached us after a hail storm and asked to check out our roof for damage. I was a little apprehensive at first, but very quickly trusted them and the work that they do. Everyone I worked with was kind, professional and moved quickly to get the project done. I contacted JH3 Company for an estimate on a full roof replacement, they provided me one very quickly, and responded promptly when I had questions. I was told they would schedule the work as soon as possible, but it might be a few months due to the high demand. Within 6 weeks I was given a date for the work to begin – At least 2 months before I expected. The workers were very careful and did a professional job, the roof looks GREAT. Chris was good about communicating and following up on all the questions I had. I would recommend them to all friends and family.
