The Well is temporarily closed to make way for ECP Real Estate Group’s Waldo74Broadway development project planned for the majority of the block at 74th and Broadway. The existing restaurant and bar will be razed to make room for the six-story project, which will include apartment units, retail space, and a new location for The Well. While we are sad to have to pause business at The Well for a time, we are also excited about the opportunity this project will bring to the Waldo area.
