In 2001 I had just bought and was remodeling a 1925 recital hall for living and working. The simple pitched roof needed all new standing seam metal panels as it was leaking in many places. I wanted to keep the same profile of the existing panels. Most roofing companies told me I was nuts as this profile hadn't existed since the 1940s. Not Healthy Structures, they had no problems making this or even making it with a much heavier gauge metal for a very reasonable price. The installation was fast and beautiful with all fasteners in line. A few years later I realized I didn't like part of my design with the gutters. Again, to my amazement, Healthy Structures came back, removed the gutters and adjusted all roof panels to overlap the tongue and groove wood to prevent capillary action. In all the years in my profession I have never experienced anything like that. It is 2009 and the roof still looks like new. At this rate it will most likely have twice the life of the original roof. Healthy Structures made the highest possible quality work for me as they did for many of my neighbors.

On his own time, after the roof work was completed, brad took down the rain gutters and even painted where the gutters were. I wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional performance of Alex and the team that re-roofed my garage recently. I employed Scott Roofing some years ago when I had the house re-roofed and was very pleased with the results so my expectations were high. Mr. Davies and his crew exceeded even those expectations. The roofing was excellent, but the crew went beyond that. My garage, yard, and driveway were almost spotless in the clean-up that was completed. Additionally, the crew even removed some branches I had laying in the yard that I had cut away giving them access to the garage. When I contacted my neighbor to ensure that their yard had not suffered from any of the falling debris, they indicated that the crew was “very sweet” stopping by their house to see if the clean-up was to their satisfaction. Jimmy, was great. He was thorough and explains all my options for my flat roof. There was a wait for the work to start and I had active leaks during our monsoon season. Scott came out and did a temporary patch on the leak spots until the roof could be fully repaired/replaced. Once work began, it was quick. JD assisted us in getting a full RE roof approved by our homeowners insurance company. He was able to work with us on our roof repair as to not have to remove our solar panels as that would have been a large expense out of our pocket. JD also worked with us to add some other repairs inside the home outside of the insurance claim for a very reasonable price.
