After walking my wife and me through the insurance claims process, we were sold. Workmanship, outstanding, couldn't ask for a better crew. They were quick and speedy once the work started. I had a new roof put in by AER. They came out, took the old roof off on day one, they did most of the repairs on day two and finished on the third. All the workers kept the area clean and hauled all the junk away. All thumbs up.

This team was spectacular to work with. We were referred to him by our realtor and upon reaching out to them, they knew who we were & what we were looking for. He came out to our home gave us a quote within 24 hours. Upon communicating that we wanted to proceed Dan was able to squeeze us into the schedule for both removal of two layers & install of a new roof. Our home was in desperate need of some roofing work and we hired a contractor local to the Bronx, who started our work out well but after the second week they simply disappeared. We were in a huge bind, and needed to find someone to take over fast. We got in touch with M Cruz, and they gave us a great price and got started within a week. Very pleased with the vinyl siding and roof repair work that Refugios Home Improvement LLC did for me. The prior roofer failed to properly seal flashing on the roof they installed, and I had a bad leak. Refugios assessed the problem, offered a fair and reasonable price, all things considered, and began work a few days later, showing up at the time they said they would. The job was completed quickly, but professionally. Everything about Refugios R and S is professional.
