Mike converted our bathroom into a handicap accessible bathroom in 2015. It is stunning and turned out to be just what we needed. His crew did an excellent job. Every piece of tile was laid perfect. His workers were very neat and trustworthy. This year I had Mike and his crew get my house ready to sell. He organized everything from painting to putting a new roof on. Mike is very easy to work with. The job went smoothly and I was totally satisfied with the job, in fact, the house sold in 30 days.

Several months ago, Jenks was hit by strong straight winds, rain, and hail. Soon afterward my family and I were bombarded and harassed by a number of roofing companies ringing our doorbell, telling us we had roof damage. We would thank them and tell them we were not interested. After doing this for a number of weeks and many roofing companies, I thought perhaps we should have our roof accessed for any damages. I began researching all the roofing companies that had left their business cards. I read all the reviews about the different companies and narrowed it down to one company. I called the roofing company and before I could put the phone down they were knocking on my door. I spoke with their representative. The following week our Insurance adjuster came out and assessed the damages. Before climbing off the roof he spoke with the representative and asked him to join him up onto the roof. The roofing company representative proceeded to say that he never gets up on the roof. Well, that was the end of that! I don’t believe I have ever been more embarrassed, and the worst part was this guy had lied to me. So I let the roof thing slide. A couple of weeks later our next-door neighbor had their roof replaced and the roofing company representative knocked on our door. He went on to tell my wife that our roof had some shingles missing and had wind and hail damage. Well, you could just imagine what I had to say! A few weeks later that representative knocked on the door and this time I answered the door. We spoke for a bit and I agreed to let him have his “inspection team” come and assess the roof damage. The representative was very professional and informative. He came to the house and presented his findings.

We cannot say enough good things about Draper Construction and Trace. Our journey, and it was, started in April 2023 when the tornado devastated Shawnee Ok. Unlike some, we were blessed to only have roof damage. Short story, after 6 months, 5 inspectors (one who was so drunk he almost fell off the roof), 6 adjusters, and a thousand plus pics, we finally have new roofs. And Trace was here for all of it. My husband was in the hospital for 20 days. Trace took over and dealt with the 'multiple' adjusters/ inspectors. He took the reins and literally lead the horse to water, and made him drink! God blessed us with not only the best contractor, but with a new friend we will cherish forever. Thank you, Trace, there are no words to tell you how much we appreciate you. Rick & Cindy -P.S. Highly recommend! They were professional, prompt and did a great job. We had them first replace a flat roof on a commercial building, they did such a great job that we had them repair and seal another commercial tin building.
