Highly recommend!!! I had the best experience with Cristian! My roof had been leaking during heavy rain for over a year. Our builder came out at least 5 times to “fix” the problem but the next big rain would come and water would appear on my ceiling again. I called Cristian, he came out the same day, checked the attic, got on the roof and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He basically said that there were places that needed to be sealed and caulked which will keep the rain out. He was back out the very next day and NO LEAKS since! AMAZING! Honest, reliable, professional. Again, I highly recommend!

From the moment I called, I knew we would be in good hands. The young lady, who answered the phone, listened to my every concern and kindly passed me to the gentleman who would be spear-heading the project, Carlos Jr. He was kind, honest, and talked me through the job and what it would entail. He also let me know that he would be able to have a crew to my house to do a FREE estimate in less than 24 hrs and complete the job as soon as possible. Hire this company. Arturo and Nicholle of Galvan Roofing & Gutters run a truly professional business. During the storms of 2018/2019 the aging roof on our rental in Santa Rosa sprung a couple of leaks. I contacted several companies who didn't even respond, but Nicholle recognized the urgency and called Arturo at another job - he left to come do a patch EACH time while his team continued working. In the Spring I decided the roof need a full replacement. I got 3 estimates including Galvan's. Arturo's estimate was comprehensive, perfectly priced, and he was able to suggest the perfect color, product, and we even chose accent gutters. The job was started on the agreed upon date, finished in the allotted time, and he sent me photo updates, receipts, and other important communications. Nicholle, who runs the office, was equally competent and professional - all billing was accurate and timely and she was able to explain things. They are such positive people. I recommend them highly! We met Arturo through a mutual friend and hired him to replace a roof on my mother's house. The job included a tear off, some board replacements, layers of felt paper, roof material and venting, as well as new gutters and downspouts.During his first visit he supplied us with material samples and colors, performed aninspection and took measurements, and then gave us a job estimate. Arturo just finished a job for us and we are so pleased! He was very responsive and timely to all of my communication and helped me work with the HVAC guys coordinate the effort to fix our roof. He redid our roof a few years ago and a new HVAC system required cutting away the work he had done. Our skylights (2) were over 30 years old and we noticed a slight leak. I noticed Samperio’s roofing a street over and working on another project. I left a message and within an hour I had an appointment booked with Arturo for a quote. I received a very fair quote and he stayed in communication with me and within three days of meeting him, quote and ordering new skylights- the job was finished within an hour and a half and the crew was so, so nice. Arturo and his crew fixed a roof leak in the past and did a wonderful job, have not had any issues since. There was a spot where the gutter would overflow because the angle is tilted and Arturo and his staff helped out again and built a downspout to prevent damage to the gutter or house from all the water coming down in one spot when it rained. Down spout looks great and they removed all the debri in the gutter that had built up. Thanks again Arturo!
