Last year our home was damaged severely by spring hail storms. We contacted several Five Star local roofing companies before deciding to go with 911 Exteriors.com. Our experience with this company was even better than expected based on their online reputation. Ash was very honest and a man of his word. We had a leaking roof in several rooms of our house, which caused ceiling, wall, and floor damage. The roof was stripped clean, replaced the rotten wood, re-roofed with 50 year shingles, and water and ice roofing for our flat roof areas. In the rooms with water damage, the ceilings were repaired and painted, the floors were sanded and refinished making sure all damage was repaired. The men moved the furniture out of the rooms, and put it back just as we liked. Now the good part!! Just had Everett and his crew remove and replace my roof. Arrived on time, started work quickly, and finished the job in two days. Price was exactly as quoted. I called 6 contractors to get an estimate. Two responded. Everett was courteous, prompt in response to email and phone queries, and very appreciative for the work. His crew was polite, professional, and answered all my questions during the job. The crew even did a couple of minor repairs that weren't part of the quote at no extra charge. If I ever need another roofing project I will make only one call.

To rate a business either one of two has to happen, the company you hired did a superb job or you got ripped off. Well, I’m sure glad to say that McAllen Valley Roofing did a GREAT job at my home. From the start, when Mr. Philip Westerman stopped by to give us a quote, we perceived the professionalism and the humanity in him and the company that he represents. Philip, was so helpful and patient with us, since our insurance company took some time to approve the damages. He made sure all our questions were answered and maintained communication with us through all the stages of the roof repair. Our insurance company did a second inspection on our home and the adjuster was going to arrive at 8: A.M., It was 7:15 A.M. and Philip was already parked in front of my home waiting for him. It was comforting to know that you have an experienced and responsible person taking care of every aspect of the job. I also want to mention that the crew that worked on my home was so well behaved, I never saw the debris because they took care of the cleaning immediately. When they were done, they took time to sweep around my home with a magnetic broom to pick up any nails that might have been left behind. Philip made time to make a final inspection on the finished work before getting the last payment installment, making sure that we were satisfied customers. I am so happy with the work that they provided that I have made time to review them the way they deserve...5 stars.

Love how the new roof turned out, much needed repair after a hailstorm came through.
