Our skylights (2) were over 30 years old and we noticed a slight leak. I noticed Samperio’s roofing a street over and working on another project. I left a message and within an hour I had an appointment booked with Arturo for a quote. I received a very fair quote and he stayed in communication with me and within three days of meeting him, quote and ordering new skylights- the job was finished within an hour and a half and the crew was so, so nice. Arturo and his crew fixed a roof leak in the past and did a wonderful job, have not had any issues since. There was a spot where the gutter would overflow because the angle is tilted and Arturo and his staff helped out again and built a downspout to prevent damage to the gutter or house from all the water coming down in one spot when it rained. Down spout looks great and they removed all the debri in the gutter that had built up. Thanks again Arturo!
