"A neighbor of mine said that Michael did a great job on their deck and we needed a few things done to our house, so we gave Michael a call. He scheduled a time and came over and thoroughly went through different options with me. He gave estimates up front and gave good ideas of what to do to save money and that would look nice. We ended up hiring him and he did a wonderful job on vinyl siding our home, installing a few windows, a new door, and also even replaced an old, rotting deck. This project was big, but by using Fiori Construction, completely affordable! I give him five stars and am grateful to my neighbor for recommending him. I can't say enough how great it was working with New England Roofing. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Mike the owner did a good job at giving a quote and showing up when scheduled.Beth in the office was great in the initial meeting and selection of colors/materials.Work began on time.Material were as described.Initial work appeared to be good quality.Upon going out on the roof several issues were discovered.Beth was quick to acknowledge the issues and schedule repairs/adjustments.Issues were resolved and the clean up was very good. On site supervisor was very good.The bulk of the issues appear to be due to one employee who was the roofer and chimney guy.Cost was on par with other companies.Gutters were installed by another contractor they arrange. He did a fabulous job.Overall, good job with a few hiccups.

In my experience it is rare when people do what they say they are going to do. Glenn spent time explaining our options and recommending one. He made promises and kept every one. His crew was professional and the job was done when he said it would be. My son had a metal roof installed by another company and said they left nails all over his property. I have four young grandchildren who roam ours and so I was sensitive to this. Before handing him the final check I did a grid search for nails and metal. Nothing.
