Fantastic job! Crew arrived around 8:30, they started right away. When rain started about 2:30 in the afternoon, I expected that they would be done for the day. That was not the case, they waited out the rain and before it even stopped, they were back on the roof working.

Walter Wood, owner of Value Added Building installed rain gutters for us on a new addition we completed. He was prompt in returning my initial call, gave me a detailed estimate and provided some creative solutions to an area that was difficult to fit with rain gutters. We had existing gutters which he matched perfectly. He was punctual and professional on the job. Walter Wood designed, fabricated, and installed copper gate caps on three new gates at my home in Montecito, including a driveway rolling gate, a pedestrian gate, and a garden gate.  All were done in a timely manner and the fee was both reasonable and affordable.  Additionally, the product is beautiful, providing a subtle finish to the newly installed gates.  Walter is professional in his approach, works with the customer to achieve the desired effect and is straightforward.  Though Walter did not install our roofing, he was able to solve a leakage problem by r
