Francisco and his crew were professional, on time, and communicative. They uncovered, literally, crumbling brickwork on the parapet, and provided a couple of options to repair the wall. The additional work was scheduled without a hitch, and the new roof, and wall/copings, were completed in just a couple of extra days. It was a costly proposition, but I feel the pricing was fair. I had estimates from several other contractors, and chose Francisco because I believed it would be a quality job. And, it was.
