My sister used Blindauer for a roofing problem and was so impressed with their service that I called them when I needed some flashing resealed and a chimney cap reseal on a home that I purchased. Within days, one of the owners came out to look at my problem and immediately told me that I needed a new chimney!!! I was shocked since the home inspector said all the chimney required was a "simple resealing" to the tune of $250. I was so impressed with Blindauer, since they don't even do masonry work, but yet they were willing to come to my aid and check out my problem without the promise of making any money on it!!!! They actually took pictures on the roof to show me the problem that SHOULD HAVE been caught by the home inspector!!!!! Now I have to replace the entire chimney to the cost of over $6000. If I ever need roofing work I would call Blindauer first because of their responsiveness and honesty in helping me out. Also, because they do first class work!!!

We had our roof fully replace 1 1/2 years ago from another company. The other company did not put new flashing on. I called modern exterior and they made availability the following week and came up with a plan to fix our still leaking roof. They came to repair it about one week later.
