These guys are pros. They did a complete tear off of a bad leaking flat roof including repair/replacement of water damaged framing and insulation -then a rebuild of a new and watertight roof. All in one day. They were fast and efficient.And courteous. Max answered all our calls, emails, and questions -never had us waiting for any pre job appointments. Plus, bright and very early; but right on time with the crew on job day.The deciding factor was when we saw the quote: Affordable. And detailed. We knew what materials , how much of it and it's itemized cost. Transparency builds trust for me. Which was even further backed up when I received photos of their work's progression along the way.Another thing I thought important to mention is never ever have I ever had work done in or around my house where it was left as clean as these guys left it. I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Max and his team for the great job they did fixing our leaky roof! The roof leaked in the foyer which caused significant damage to the drywall in the room. Another company tried fixing it and failed. As soon as Max told us what he was going to do, we knew we could rest easy knowing that it would be fixed! They replaced some lumber and put a whole new roof on with ridge vent. It looks and works great!

Jeff at Summit Restoration is the kind of contractor that almost doesn't exist anymore. He came out to do some minor (but necessary) repairs on my roof before winter.
