If you are thinking about getting roof repairs or an entire roof replacement you need these guys! We had some damage from hurricane Ian. We opted for a new roof. The entire process was simple and efficient. The materials were delivered and placed so that they were not in my families way. The tear off was started on time. The clean up after was very thorough. The roofing crew were respectful and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. After the crew had finished the final piece of the job they all cheered! It was great seeing a work crew working together and celebrating the success at the end of the job. We are very happy with our homes new look. Mitchell Hickman at Top Hat Roofing was exceptional to work with. He replaced our roof after Hurricane Ian tore through SWFL. His response time after the storm was remarkably fast—he inspected our roof, marked several areas for the insurance adjuster, and immediately put together our quote. We interviewed four roofers and Mitchell’s quote was the most competitive. But that is not why we chose him. He took the time to patiently explain the process, anticipated timing, and permitting. Additionally, Mitchell was the only roofer to include fascia and soffit repair—all the other companies told us we would need to find someone else to make those repairs. Mitchell is the owner of the company, not a salesperson, and he took the time to come out and personally inspect the progress of the work following removal and dry-in, and then again after completion. Mitch has assisted us in the past with my parents’ home and has always taken very good care of us. With Mitch, we feel like we have a true friend in the roofing business.
