The owner of the business was very professional and responsive by phone, but had to reschedule on us twice due to previous jobs running long. Because he was so responsive and also able to schedule early morning appointments (before I had to leave for work), I didn’t mind all that much. The work seems to be done well. We haven’t had a water issue since. The men were here and gone within 20 minutes, but showed me photographs of their repair and explained to me what the issue was.

ER Roofing installed a complete new roof on my home. Total roof area is 2,835 sq. ft. They removed the old shingles and underlayment; installed new Diamond Deck synthetic underlayment; Certaintied Landmark Pro 50 year architectural shingles; flashing; pipe collars; winter guard on all eves, valleys and roof penetrations; ridge vents and ridge cap shingles; drip edge on all eaves and rakes of roof; and provided a 50 year warranty backed-up by Certaintied. They put down tarps all around the house and thoroughly cleaned-up including picking-up nails with a magnetic roller. They did it all in one day in late December. The owner, Elliott, couldn’t have been easier to work with. His staff was all very polite and friendly. Everything went as promised. No drama at all. They installed the roof about a month ago. I couldn’t be more pleased.
