"Harry and his crew from San Leandro Painting and Roofing took our worn out home exterior and made it shine. The team put on our new roof and painted the trim. This was after I began talking to Harry about 3 months prior and seeking a home equity loan. He was patient and kept checking in with me as I worked through the financial piece.Once work started, they were tireless, some nights working until 9 PM. Every day, EVERY DAY, they picked up the entire yard at the end of the day, front and back, used the blower to make it look nice, and asked with his typical Harry smile, "Are you happy?" The answer was always yes.They were always very concerned about the safety of my wife and kids, halting work and clearing a walking path every time we left the house. The guys regularly used the hose to keep the shingles cool as they walked on them to make sure their shoes didn't scuff up/scar the roof in the summer heat.Tonight, Harry knocked on the door and invited us out to see the finished product. We were in awe. We now have one of the prettiest homes in the neighborhood and it was only a fraction of the money we thought we'd have to shell out. Highly recommend!!! I had the best experience with Cristian! My roof had been leaking during heavy rain for over a year. Our builder came out at least 5 times to “fix” the problem but the next big rain would come and water would appear on my ceiling again. I called Cristian, he came out the same day, checked the attic, got on the roof and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He basically said that there were places that needed to be sealed and caulked which will keep the rain out. He was back out the very next day and NO LEAKS since! AMAZING! Honest, reliable, professional. Again, I highly recommend!
