Everything went great, Mike had given me an estimate prior to me purchasing my house. Since it was during the freezing weather and I had leaks Mike added some damming to help me get through the winter. As soon as the sun returned Mike and team started on the work. They removed 3 skylights and replaced with new units that I picked out. They found the chimney cap to be a large portion of my leak issues so they cut the old setup off and installed a new cap system. The roof has some rotten sections which they replaced and then rolled out new covering. Everything turned out great, no more leaks as well.

My fiancée and I have been struggling with our gutters for quite a time now and experiencing flooding in our yard and basement. In the beginning we were told by other contractors that all our gutters were dirty and overflowing and that all we needed was a gutter cleaning. We researched a highly recommended contractor from one of our neighbors (Globe Construction). We were explained the problem and were installed with new gutters. They had also fixed our pavement, to prevent future flooding to our basement. Globe Construction worked professionally and got everything done in that same morning. My insurance company put me in a tough spot. They claimed I needed a new roof or repairs within a month or they would drop me. I called every roofer I can find but only Glen cared enough to be highly responsive and flexible to the need. They took drone photos and wrote letters to get a plan approved and then came the next day to execute. The following day they sent a letter confirming everything had been done and showing before and after pictures. Their approach was the most considerate of our circumstances and their employees were extremely polite. They will be my first call for any future roofing needs and should be yours too.
