Replaced roof due to hail damage. The crew arrived on time and completed the job all in one day. Very hard working and environmentally conscientious re: flowers, shrubs and cleaning up (i.e. plastic, shingles, nails, etc.) afterwards. Highly recommend Rector Construction without any reservations.

The crew did a great job of tearing off multiple layers of old shingles and installing the new ones on my Mom’s very steep roof. It was a difficult job but they stayed late and somehow managed to clean up every bit of the mess by the time they left! Also returned to fix a concern about her skylight when I called. We used Rector Construction to replace our roof after a storm. They were so professional and helpful. The process was the easiest construction I’ve ever experienced. They came right away and gave us a bid. They were never pushy at all, which many companies can be. They answered my questions right away. Rector replaced our roof late last year, and I want to commend the employees for their professionalism. You didn’t take up our entire cul de sac with all your vehicles, blocking driveways and mailboxes. You did use a magnet thingie to check for all the nails and other things that are a by-product of a roofing job. Very respectful and hard working–I highly recommend Rector!!

When the materials were delivered some scratches we left on our garage door and they repainted the entire door in order to ensure that it looked good. We had AFC replace the roof and siding on our house. They were very responsive and helpful in determining what work needed to be done and advocating with the insurance company on our behalf. The roof was a 1 day job with tear off, and the siding took 2 days to tear off and install new siding. Would recommend for either roofing or siding in the Madison area.
