I highly recommend Half Price Roof for any roofing project, big or small. When a bad storm caused damage to our roof, they provided a detailed inspection and estimate right away. I was grateful for their transparency throughout the insurance claim process. On install day, their crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to replace our entire roof. They took care to protect our yard while doing the roof tear-off. Their project manager kept us informed during each phase. In just a couple days, we had a beautifully done new roof that came with an excellent warranty. Half Price Roof made the whole experience hassle-free for us. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I would absolutely use them again!

I as not happy with my experience and I didn’t get very far. Scheduling was a breeze. However they did not show up when they had said they would they showed up three hours early. Said they would call an hour before coming and didn’t even do that. I tried talking to them through my ring camera they wanted to argue back and fourth about it being the correct address I never said the address was wrong the time was wrong. I sent them home FROM MY RING CAMERA because if they can’t follow a schedule and want to argue I don’t trust them on my roof.

Integrity 1st replaced my roof in 2019 and again after a tornado in 2022. Both times they did an excellent job and completed the work in a day. The job site was cleaned up well after completion and all landscaping well protected. Shaun is an exceptional foreman and will make sure you are happy with the job. If you have an insurance claim, he will be there for you and work with adjusters. Don't be fooled by the cheapest company. Been there done that!
