Jamie and his team replaced the roof at my property in Westwood, NJ. Jamie is very professional, arrived the day and time he said they would, and worked very long hours to finish the job in 3 days. They also kept the job site clean and were very careful with debrie when ripping and taking away the old roof. His prices are fair and reasonable. I got quotes that were higher and lower but went with him as I felt he would do the best quality job. I am very happy with the outcome. Attached are some pictures. I would recommend him for any roof or chimney project.

I used SosaCorpa as a general contractor after a vehicle hit the side of my house and I have to say, I'm glad I did. I consulted with multiple contractors and SosaCorp was by far the most understanding, charismatic and professional. Aside from the quality work, what I liked most about dealing with SosaCorp is that they knew my budget and never once came back to me for additional money. The owner, Luis, went above and beyond not only with the quality of work, but was and still is very responsive. Most contractors go silent once they get a contract, but Luis communicated daily never keeping us in the dark. SosaCorp also exceeded my expectations with the time line. Every contractor I spoke with stated that material alone was 4-6 weeks out and "we're looking like 3 months until completion". Luis started within a week of the signed contact and the work was 85-95% complete within one week. Keep up the good work! I look forward our next project.
