Due to high winds 2 pieces of metal siding that sit below eave came off side of house. Unsure of who to call, I came across RLSpencer Roofing and the woman on the phone was so helpful, one of their employees was in the area came out that day to assess work needed to be done. This company is like a breath of fresh air. After spending weeks getting bids from roofing companies I found Best Performance Roofing after my next door neighbor used them. Sam and Eli were both very friendly and professional. They gave their best bid with no pressure. I chose them and they performed the work when they said they would. They did a great job and cleaned up after. They were there when I had questions and I have no doubt they'll be there in the future if I have any problems. I highly recommend them!

Any one can look good when things run smoothly, but the true test comes if there is an issue, are they responsive ? do they problem solve? l am happy to say that this company passed that test with flying colors. They installed a flat roof for me and l wasn't fully comfortable with how it looked even though it was inspected and fully permitted by the town.Eli one of the bosses sent a crew out, they looked at it and said it did not meet their high standards, they took the whole thing off,including the underlying original roof and replaced it for me.lt was a bit of a process because the weather didn't cooperate and l needed to reinforce the balcony but Eli was there every step of the way.You will not meet a nicer or more personable man.l was very impressed by his professionalism and commitment. I give Best Performance Roofing 2 thumbs up.l would absolutely recommend this company, they really stand by their work
