Martin just did a roofing job for me in Modesto. He walked me through the different options and the tradeoffs between them. He was patient on explaining any roofing lingo I didn’t understand. Because it’s the rainy season (albeit light rain this year), Martin was really good in keeping me informed with choices so that i would NOT be rained on with no roof 🙂Martin, on his own, noticed that the roofing supplier provided different batches and thus non-matching roof colors and he took care of that without my needing to ask him to do anything.
