My wife and I chose King Quality after sitting down with Freddy, and discussing our needs and concerns. He was polite, professional, and explained every step in detail, from start to finish. Freddy worked with us, and was able to arrange for his crew to work on our roof and gutters immediately. Julio and his crew did a fantastic job on the roof, they were polite and professional, and cleaned up everything after they were done. We love the new roof and it looks great. The new gutters that were installed look fantastic, along with the roof. Thank you very much, King Quality, on a job well done.

King Quality did our roof right before Thanksgiving. They did a beautiful job, clean, efficient, well run! My insurance company put me in a tough spot. They claimed I needed a new roof or repairs within a month or they would drop me. I called every roofer I can find but only Glen cared enough to be highly responsive and flexible to the need. They took drone photos and wrote letters to get a plan approved and then came the next day to execute. The following day they sent a letter confirming everything had been done and showing before and after pictures. Their approach was the most considerate of our circumstances and their employees were extremely polite. They will be my first call for any future roofing needs and should be yours too.

The Glen Roof team did a GREAT job fixing up my leaky slate roof. There were quick to deal with any surprises we encouterd and made sure the roof was completely fixed and not just patched repaired. After years of hiring/paying for roofers who came to my home, told me everything was taken care of with my very bad leak, only to find that the issue was not addressed, I called Hugh and asked if he would come look at the problem, advise me of how he would resolve the issue and give me an estimate. He gave me an estimate, and a week later he came and fixed a problem that I had for a very long time. He and his crew were very efficient and they couldn't have been nicer, and it appears as though the problem has been resolved. i started doing my roof a week before thanksgiving of 2017. after being left high and dry from my other roofing contractor (interstate roofing out of new jersey, owner: santino Costello) and leaving my roof incomplete and open to the elements. i spoke to Hugh from William and Hugh roofing and explained what my situation was. Hugh agreed to help me out. so, the week of thanksgiving 2017 Hugh and his crew came over bright and early the next morning and did exactly what they said they were going to do. they ripped off the remaining roof that was left undone from the previous contractor, installed 3/4 inch plywood throughout the entire roof. then installed the torch down firestone rubber roof. they are not master carpenters, by any means. buy, they got the job done within 2 days. the price was a little high. but, i was in desperately in need. i would defiantly recommend to all needing a roofer.
