Good morning,I wanted to send a note of thanks to your staff/business.Your team cleaned out the gutters at my house a few weeks ago and earlier this week I noticed an issue with my rainspout at the back of the house.I called earlier this week and asked if the guys could come out and check it - I got a message the next day that they had come out that same day, made a slight adjustment/fix to the rainspout, and also made an observation about my neighbors gutter that  might be causing the issue.I know this was a very simple thing compared to the complex things you work on, but the immediate attention and customer service you provided a goes a long way-especially when myself and many people I talk to have observed that the overall service industry has declined in quality over the years.So please extend a huge thank you to the team for helping me.Cheers,Linda M.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for an excellent roofing project performed by Doug and his crew on my home last week. Everyone arrived on site promptly in the morning, worked continually throughout the day, answered any questions I asked, and provided an exceptional completed roof by the end of the day. The crew paid attention to my concern about possible damage to my recently installed driveway by laying down plywood under heavy equipment. All debris was completely cleaned up without any nails remaining in my driveway or yard. There was no damage to my shrubbery, and it was not possible to detect that any work had been done that day, except for the beautiful new roof.Doug stayed behind and answered some questions I had about the roof at the end of the day. He is a professional leader and a gentlemen. Thanks you also to Carol on the office staff for promptly and professionally responding to my questions.
