I recently had a full roof replacement in Plano. My roof was in terrible shape with 9 pieces of wood that needed replacement. I also required new gutters all the way around my home. I worked directly with Brian Rodriguez throughout the entire process. He was very clear and concise with me when providing the estimates as well as letting me know what adjustments may be required after they took the old shingles off. He took pictures and showed me and asked for my approval before proceeding. The color of the shingles are perfect. I didn’t know what to pick and he recommended “Copper Canyon” which is sort of a two-tone brown and matches my brick perfectly. My house looks like a new house. Extra touches they did was they painted the plumbing vent pipes brown on the roof. They look so much better painted to match. They took care to move all my flower pots out of the way and moved everything back. They cleaned up afterwards. They took pride in their work. They use the same crew - it’s never a different subcontractor when you hire them! This is key! It is the same crew every time. They do quality work. Brian came back out after the work was done to do a walk about to ensure it was to my satisfaction and to check the work. Every single person on the crew was professional, courteous, and respectful.

Jacob and his crew did a fabulous job on our new roof. It was not an easy job being a 2 story house with a high pitch roof, but they got it done in record heat too! XS Roofing did a Great Job on upgrading the roof type and replacing the existing roof on our home! They also replace the other wood on our home with hardie backer boards and painted the house too. To rate a business either one of two has to happen, the company you hired did a superb job or you got ripped off. Well, I’m sure glad to say that McAllen Valley Roofing did a GREAT job at my home. From the start, when Mr. Philip Westerman stopped by to give us a quote, we perceived the professionalism and the humanity in him and the company that he represents. Philip, was so helpful and patient with us, since our insurance company took some time to approve the damages. He made sure all our questions were answered and maintained communication with us through all the stages of the roof repair. Our insurance company did a second inspection on our home and the adjuster was going to arrive at 8: A.M., It was 7:15 A.M. and Philip was already parked in front of my home waiting for him. It was comforting to know that you have an experienced and responsible person taking care of every aspect of the job. I also want to mention that the crew that worked on my home was so well behaved, I never saw the debris because they took care of the cleaning immediately. When they were done, they took time to sweep around my home with a magnetic broom to pick up any nails that might have been left behind. Philip made time to make a final inspection on the finished work before getting the last payment installment, making sure that we were satisfied customers. I am so happy with the work that they provided that I have made time to review them the way they deserve...5 stars.
