Hire this company. Arturo and Nicholle of Galvan Roofing & Gutters run a truly professional business. During the storms of 2018/2019 the aging roof on our rental in Santa Rosa sprung a couple of leaks. I contacted several companies who didn't even respond, but Nicholle recognized the urgency and called Arturo at another job - he left to come do a patch EACH time while his team continued working. In the Spring I decided the roof need a full replacement. I got 3 estimates including Galvan's. Arturo's estimate was comprehensive, perfectly priced, and he was able to suggest the perfect color, product, and we even chose accent gutters. The job was started on the agreed upon date, finished in the allotted time, and he sent me photo updates, receipts, and other important communications. Nicholle, who runs the office, was equally competent and professional - all billing was accurate and timely and she was able to explain things. They are such positive people. I recommend them highly! We met Arturo through a mutual friend and hired him to replace a roof on my mother's house. Of all the quotes we received, their prices weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest. But their communication was prompt and the schedule of repair work was fast. We decided not to go with a full roof replacement at the time, so their staff placed and fixed the areas that needed patching and followed up with further work until the leaks stopped. If you want it done right call The Best West Roofing. Such a nice roofing company to do business with. Called a few other companies for quotes and a couple of them couldn't do the job due to not having some one who does repairs. Best west does it all. Very thorough in the inspection. Pointed out a few items that needed attention that I was not aware of. Their quote was in the ballpark. Ended up paying a little more than the quote due to more repair work needed to replace more boards and fascia than anticipated, of which I was made aware of at time of the estimate. They did a great job removing and installing the new roof. Did a fantastic clean up removing all the debris. Very happy with all the work they did. Fantastic leadership by Samuel, and there crew that worked to getter professionally. My wife and I just love the look of the new roof.
