Woods installed a new roof over our house and garage this summer. They also repaired fascia and installed new gutters. Our historic house is 2.5 stories with a really steep-pitched roof. It previously had inferior gutters, causing water in the basement, and rotting crown molding that let bats infest our attic. Their crew was not intimidated and completed the entire house according to schedule, solved all the roof-related issues, and were professional throughout the whole process.

I don't know what I'm more impressed with; the customer service or the skill of the technicians. I'm in Brookings South Dakota and they are located in Sioux Fall South Dakota. The distance is roughly 50 miles. There have been times when I've called with a problem and they showed up the same day. We have one of those aging roofs with rocks on top of a membrane. MJ Dalsin has never failed to find the pin hole that is causing the leak. It's not just one technician with this talent, the whole crew is able to find the leak just by stepping it off from the inside of the building. I've kidded them before about working themselves out of a job because when they fix a leak it's for good. They even date and initial the patch. MJ Dalsin calls before they get here, contacts me when they get here, inspects the roof, shows me the pictures of the problem, tells me what they're going to do and then contacts me when it's done for my inspection and approval. Awesome is way over used but it's the best word to describe MJ Dalsin. Thank you!!
