Upon inspection, the owners (who are very knowledgeable), told us they could save us some major dough by applying a new product called Roof Maxx. Our roof is on the older side, and with Roof Maxx they told us it could extend the life of the shingles by 5-10 years at the fraction of the cost of a re-roof! Yes please!! After all these rains of late I sprung another leak. Right over my bed of course. Called Ray and got the same punctual service as before. He was here personally in about an hour. Put plastic on my roof and returned yesterday with replacement tiles that matched perfectly. After replacing some paper and broken tiles I am good as new.
