I called East Coast because of a my sliding glass door would not close. James arrived promptly at 9 AM. After inspecting the door it was determined that a sun catcher hook was stuck between the door and that was the problem. The other issue was my bedroom window would not open, I was washing my windows and did not open high enough before I pulled down to clean. These two problems were fixed by James in no time.
