Larry and his team did an excellent job on our roof. We were out of state while the job was being done, but we were kept updated through texts and pictures of the progress. They removed ALL the old shingles and trash. Larry followed up once we returned home with a final inspection and to make sure we were pleased. Great customer service and great work Protech!

Years ago, when our area was hit with hail that left about everyone in our neighborhood needing new roofs, we were not able to get an estimate without waiting weeks and weeks. Sadly, we were one of the ones who got taken by a fly-by-night company who promised way more than they were able to deliver.

They left the job site clean, and got done on time. It is incredible the difference it makes in terms of temperature inside the house when the ridge vent is added, my previous roofer did not add appropriate ventilation which caused my roof to get damaged and need replacement prematurely. I highly recommend these guys for roofing in Tulsa.

We recently had several days of rain, and my roof began to leak. Did a lot of research, and Pro-Tech Roofing had good reviews so we went with them. They very quickly had someone out there on the roof to see what the issue was. I had flashing that needed replaced. All of the staff have been professional and courteous. They were out to correct the problems much earlier than estimated; I guess they had an opening come up and my roof was fixed within days of the issue arising. They were communicative, and the price was more than fair. I received my bill in the mail promptly. I plan to continue using Pro-Tech Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Our roof had hail damage. Larry Wilson at Pro-Tech inspected the roof and took time to come back and meet with the insurance adjustor before we even hired him for the job. The red tape you must go through with insurance is astounding; Larry is a seasoned roofer and knows how to mitigate the red tape. He worked on our behalf with the insurance company. His crew was professional, timely, carful around our landscaping, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Larry and Omar regularly communicated with us throughout the entire process. I have had a very good experience with Micah from Conrad's Roofing Company. He has come to our home multiple times to inspect the roof and explain things I didn't understand in a way I could easily comprehend. He also had someone else come by a separate time to look at other issues that we have going on at our home (chimney and siding) that was not roofing and guttering. He has been very professional and responsive thus far. We need our roof replaced and are in the process of getting everything started. Micah agreed to come meet the insurance adjuster whenever he comes and will work closely with us throughout this process. He has been very helpful and seems to really know what he's talking about and care about the customer. I will come back to update my review after service is completed, but as of now my experience has been a pleasant one and so far so good.

Had hail damage from a storm that came through. Micah came out within 24 hrs and let me know of my best plan of action. I honestly didn’t even think of insurance until he mentioned it.
