We have been using Davis Roofing for many years. This is a local company that has been around for over 40 years. Originally run by Bob, it is now being run by his son Mike. Mike is just as sweet as his dad. He came out to take a look at several areas of my mom’s roof. I had expected an estimate and then work to be done later. Nope, he dove right in and repaired all the areas right then and there. He spent a lot of time at her house. He takes pride in his work and really cares. We had a small leak on the roof into our son's bedroom. We tried to get another roofer to come out and fix it but they never followed through. After calling Davis Roofing Mike came out assessed the situation and gave us an estimate. Even though his team was really busy he found a way to get someone out here quickly before the next rain to patch the leak. His crew was very professional and took pride in the quality of their work. Even after the initial patch didn't fix everything he was quick to get someone back out and find the source of the leak and fix it.

Walter and his team transformed were professional, friendly, and got the job done right. They took great care in updating my turn of the century roof into a roof that will last another couple of generations.  The roof is authentic Santa Barbara, and the copper gutter, flashings, and chimney shroud are perfect.  If you consider your home your biggest investment, this is the company to use to protect it.

We have lived on Mountain drive for years and were crushed when the T-fire destroyed our home.  We had a new home designed that utilized metal roofing because it is much better able to withstand any future fires than normal asphalt shingles.   We were very happy that we met Walter, because he was able to do the job at a very competitive price.  He was present on the site to make sure everything was done perfectly and answer all of our questions, and accommodate a few minor changes without killing our constrained budget with up charges.  We are very happy to have our new home and have just moved in.  I can sleep much better not worrying about embers from another wildfire landing on my new metal roof.

Walter Wood, owner of Value Added Building installed rain gutters for us on a new addition we completed. He was prompt in returning my initial call, gave me a detailed estimate and provided some creative solutions to an area that was difficult to fit with rain gutters. We had existing gutters which he matched perfectly. He was punctual and professional on the job. Walter Wood designed, fabricated, and installed copper gate caps on three new gates at my home in Montecito, including a driveway rolling gate, a pedestrian gate, and a garden gate.  All were done in a timely manner and the fee was both reasonable and affordable.  Additionally, the product is beautiful, providing a subtle finish to the newly installed gates.  Walter is professional in his approach, works with the customer to achieve the desired effect and is straightforward.  Though Walter did not install our roofing, he was able to solve a leakage problem by r

I got in touch with Diego through our realtor connecting us to his dad’s roofing business. Our realtor has had excellent connections and this was no different! Diego was super easy to communicate with and very punctual. He gave us lots of options with our roof repair that we needed before getting solar. He was also very flexible with us when a scheduling issue came up last minute because of a delay with our electrician. His team did a great job and they left the job site clean.
