I called East Coast because of a my sliding glass door would not close. James arrived promptly at 9 AM. After inspecting the door it was determined that a sun catcher hook was stuck between the door and that was the problem. The other issue was my bedroom window would not open, I was washing my windows and did not open high enough before I pulled down to clean. These two problems were fixed by James in no time. One of the reasons I went with East Coast was what I read about their Customer Service and the quality of their work. Thank you!

Hi I am Christie MacInnes at 42 Wilgar Rd, and I needed a new roof. A friend did it about 10-15 years ago, and he said I needed a new roof. Williams is a very dedicated manager, he arrived within about an hour after getting a request for inspection and repair, and carried out a detailed inspection. About an hour after he left, the offer was made quickly. The offer was reasonable and inexpensive, within the acceptable range, and the repair date was agreed promptly. Florida, you know, rainy and sometimes typhoons. After making half the down payment up front, the job starts quickly, pay the other half after it's done, and AQF will give you a warranty.
