Premier Pacific Roofing did a fantastic job of replacing my roof. The old roof was a cedar shake roof so it was a big project. From removing the old shakes to laying down plywood and new shingles, the project went off perfectly. The end result is beautiful. The team that did the work was very professional and polite. When we realized this year that our 28-year-old roof was needing to be replaced knowing who to call was a real issue. So many places to turn. I talked with our neighbor John and he told us how happy he was with their new roof last year from Bliss. I contacted Bliss and scheduled a time for them to come out and take a look. We had a place in one of the bedrooms that appeared to have a small leak. Bliss took a look and replaced a pipe sealer to stop the water from getting in the same day. The roof replacement was also scheduled that day. We told them we were not in a big hurry with the weather being so wet. A bit latter we again got together and scheduled a start date for the replacement. Bliss provided with good instructions on how it would begin and what to expect for the next few days. They were right on time with each delivery etc. The workers were there as they said they would be, and the work began on time. Never having had a roof replacement we really didn’t know what to expect. The workers were very professional and informative. Our new roof went up exactly the way we were told. The guys were very careful to not let the old roof material affect plants or other import areas of the yard. They replaced wood that had been damaged over the 28 years and gave us a perfect new roof. As for cost. Hey new roofs are not cheap. But we believe the roof that we got, and the service was worth every dollar. Nice to know there is a local company that takes pride in their work. After the roof was finished Bliss returned to check all of the work and cleanup of the job. Thanks, Bliss, for a job well done.

Cayuse Holdings in Pendleton Oregon recently had the roof on our 40,000 sq. ft. building replaced by Competitive Commercial Roofing. Randy was the foreman for the job and was very professional and easy to work with. It was early Spring and the weather was not always cooperative, but Randy and his crew knew what they were doing and got the job done with very few minor leaks from the rain squalls. Once finished we had a rain tight and durable roof that was immediacy tested by Mother Nature and passed with flying colors.
