Jason Ferrandino was born and raised in Ridgefield, and he says he learned his diverse, hands-on skillset working with his father, who also worked in the construction services field. Ferrandino graduated in 2006 from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Business Management, and just one year later he started Premier Outdoor Living and Landscaping, LLC. Not long after that he started Apex Roofing and Siding. He now has 25 employees working on a variety of jobs, servicing residential and commercial estates throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties in landscaping, construction, roofing and siding, masonry, remodeling, excavation, waterproofing, and more.

“In the snow storm last December, we got Ice dam built-up resulting in roof leakage and water shipping into false ceiling and walls inside the house. it was a Sunday morning when I noticed the water in the ceiling, called few contractors, Apex returned my call immediately and sent his crew to clean up the ice on roof and mitigate the interior damage. very professional team, quick response, easy to deal with. even my insurance company adjuster appreciated their estimate and approved it immediately without any hesitation. despite the holiday season Jason and his team addressed the issue at hand and handled very well.
