From the outset, Bade Roofing installed roofs on major retail centers, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, quickly establishing itself as one of the leading roofing contractors in the St. Louis area. Incorporated in 1962, Bade Roofing has always been a family-owned and operated business, dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Over the decades, Bade Roofing's experienced team of highly trained and skilled craftsmen from Roofers Local 2 has earned a reputation as a leader in the commercial and industrial roofing industry, specializing in Single-Ply and Built-Up Roofing Systems. Notable projects include the Concourse 'D' roof at Lambert Airport in 1988, a high-profile, top-security project spanning over 160,000 square feet. Bade Roofing also secured its first Indefinite Duration Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with the US Postal Service in 1994, leading to the installation of new roof systems on over 100 post offices.
In 1999, Bade Roofing was awarded a five-year, ten million dollar IDIQ contract with Scott Air Force Base, a contract renewed for another five years in 2005. The company provided a wide range of roofing services to Scott Air Force Base, including EPDM membranes, Modified Bitumens, and new slate roofs on numerous NCO housing units.
Bade Roofing's recent projects showcase its expertise in handling diverse roofing needs, including installations for Dial Corporation's Distribution Warehouse, Duke Realty Investments’ Missouri Research Park, Southwestern Bell’s One Bell Center, Saint Louis University – Parks College of Aviation, Duke Port I in Earth City, Forsyth Center Office Building, 700 Maryville Center, and Dave & Busters in Earth City.
The company collaborates with leading architects, designers, and roofing consultants, and many of its technicians have over 20 years of experience. Bade Roofing is licensed in asbestos roofing removal and abatement, offering expert leak finding and repair services, as well as free roof surveys and analysis. In addition to Single-Ply and Built-Up roofing systems, Bade Roofing also specializes in high-end roofing products such as natural slate roofing.
