B&P received a call from a client in regards to this roofing project, after setting up an appointment to view the existing roof conditions it was suggested to replace entire roof system down to the concrete deck. STAGE B. B&P recommended the use of Soprema liquid applied reinforced membrane that carries a 20 year NDL warranty. The waterproofing membrane is installed and completely encapsulates the entire rood area. STAGE C. After membrane was installed owner wanted to utilize the roof as an outdoor space. B&P installed pavers on top of an elevated pedestal system to allow positive water drainage.
