Standing seam metal roofs can be installed in aluminum, metal (any color), and copper.
We install both two-piece and one-piece clay barrel tiles.
TPO roofs can be installed on top of existing flat torch down roofs, gravel roofs, or hot mop existing roofs. We can also tear off existing flat roofs or replace any carpentry as needed at soft spots or water damage spots, termite damage, or replace rotten fascia board or rafters and plywood at leak areas. We can also install styrofoam insulation to insulate the roof before any new roof installation.
We can repair or replace torch down roofs, including new drip edge installation. We also offer maintenance services for this type of roof.
We use rectangular shape tiles for concrete tile roofs. A double layer of number 30 underlayment felt and one layer of number 40 Firestone underlayment felt are required. These roofs are the most durable compared to clay tile roofs. S and M tile shape concrete tile roofs also require a double layer of number 30 underlayment felt or one layer of number 40 Firestone underlayment felt, which is fiberglass material and is more resistant than number 30 underlayment.
These eye-catching roofs differ significantly from other concrete or shaped roofs. They also require 30 and 40 underlayment felt. Two layers of underlayment felt are required on number 30 underlayment felt, and one layer is required on number 40 underlayment felt.
Tune-up maintenance can be done on flat roofs or asphalt shingle roofs. It can be done on all types of roofs by sealing pipe flashings, skylights, metal flashing, or Z-flashing. We can also do ridge cap tune-ups, which involve removing the broken existing ridge cap entirely and replacing it with new ridge caps, nailing them with 1-3/4" collated nails, and sealing the joined ridge cap with caulking or asphalt mastic. Tune-up maintenance can also be done on clay tiles or concrete tiles.
