Quick to send the report and photo over to us. Educated us on how to start the claim process with Insurance. Joe scheduled himself to be at the house when the insurance adjuster came out and when the adjuster changed his scheduled appointment Joe switched his schedule to accommodate. The day of the replacement Joe was at the house at 6:45/7:00 to ensure that all was ready. The team worked quickly, efficiently and made sure to protect my garden.
